Call recording
Calls to the number on this site may be transcribed for quality and training purposes. Voicemail messages are converted to text and the audio is not retained. Where state law requires all-party consent to recording, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline.
Who we share it with
Your request goes to the operator of this site. Where a contractor has been engaged to cover your area, it is passed to them so they can contact you about the work; where one has not, it is handled by the operator. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf — for example email delivery, SMS delivery, call tracking, hosting, and analytics. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Retention
